This means we have up to 5 business days to make/ package your order and THEN it will be shipped! After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS or UPS so they can best serve you.

Custom orders placed from the "CUSTOM ORDERS" tab will be fulfilled by date needed. Please keep this in mind.

If order says "delivered" by carrier there is NOTHING MadHouse Designs is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You must work with the shipping provider.
