Refund policy
All custom sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement or store credit if replacement is unavailable. Please provide your order number and name to our email (shopmadhousedesigns@gmail.com)
Non-Custom Returns: You must notify us within 14 business days of delivery to start a return. Once item is received you will receive a credit for the item minus shipping charges. Please provide your order number and name to our email (shopmadhousedesigns@gmail.com)
*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*

Once your order has been shipped it is out of our control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays you will need to contact USPS or UPS so they can best serve you. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, please work with the shipping provider.
