All sales are final. Due to the majority of our products being custom we cannot accept returns. However, If your order was damaged during the shipping process we will do everything we can to send you a new order or refund the order if it cannot meet your deadline.

Some custom products we offer are 21st Birthday Signs, Cups, Stickers, Buttons, Trucker Hats, Sweatshirts, etc. The possibilities are endless! Message us on Instagram @shop.madhousedesigns to order! This way you are able to send specifics like pictures, colors, sayings, etc. to add to your product. A proof will also be sent and changes can be made before production begins.

Absolutely! If you are needing a bulk amount (10 or more) for an event please message me on Instagram @shop.madhousedesigns to get an accurate price.

Non-Custom orders will be sent out in 1-5 business days.

Custom orders that do not need a proof (orders that are not from the "custom orders" tab) will be shipped within 7-10 business days.

Custom orders purchased from the "custom orders" tab will be sent a draft within 7-10 business days and then once approved will go into production. Production can take up to 5 business days so please order accordingly.

Rush Orders will receive a proof within 1-3 business days.
