It all began as a hobby during my college years, when I started making 21st birthday signs. From the very first one, I knew that my current career path at the time was not for me. The creativity was what I wanted to pursue long term, though I never imagined it could become a full-time career. After graduating college with no other career plans I took the leap and went full-time. After signs came custom cups and that’s really what turned MadHouse into MadHouse. Today, we’ve grown into a full-time business offering not only cups, but also home accessories and gifting pieces that make everyday a celebration.

Ready to ship orders ship within 1-3 business days.

Custom orders are processed in 7-10 business days meaning you will receive a mock-up within that time frame. Once you approve the mock-up then they will go Ito production. Production can take up to 5 business days.

All custom sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement or store credit if replacement is unavailable. Please provide your order number and name to our email (shopmadhousedesigns@gmail.com) 

Non-Custom Returns: You must notify us within 14 business days of delivery to start a return. Once item is received you will receive a credit for the item minus shipping charges. Please provide your order number and name to our email (shopmadhousedesigns@gmail.com)

If you are needing to cancel an order that has not been processed yet then we can issue you a store credit.
